Returns, Refund & Exchange Policy

At New Paridhan, each Mekhela Chador is a work of art, handcrafted with care and customized for you. We aim to provide a smooth and trustworthy experience — and to protect both our customers and artisans, we follow a transparent policy.

✅ Returns

Returns are accepted in 7 days period only in the following situations:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
You provide a clear unboxing video as proof.

🎥 An unboxing video is mandatory for all return/refund/exchange claims.
The video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened, without any cuts or edits.

♻️ Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 7 days of period only if:

There is a tailoring or sizing error made by us.
You received a wrong item.
We will deliver the exchange/replacement of product within 6 to 7 working days.

Exchange Conditions:

Must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
Item should be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Unboxing video is required.

Shipping charges for the exchange will be borne by the customer unless the mistake was from our side.

💰 Refunds

Refunds are applicable if:

We accept a valid return due to damage or error.
You cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
We cancel the order from our end due to any unforeseen issue.

Refund Timeline:

Processed and Credited within 3–5 business days via your original payment method.
For COD orders, refund is applicable only if any prepayment was made.

No returns/refunds/exchanges will be processed without a valid unboxing video.
Customized, pre-stitched, and made-to-measure orders are non-returnable unless damaged.
We reserve the right to deny requests if the conditions are not met.
